After going through the preliminary processing stage, feathers are washed with modern equipment of LORCH, Germany according to international standards in accordance with the orders of domestic and foreign customers. Refined feathers come in a variety of grades from the DD grade with the lowest elasticity to the 90/10 grade with the most elasticity. Feather species is the result of a mixture of down feathers and feathers according to the standards of each country. Normally, there are 2 main standards: European Standard (EN) and Japanese Standard (JIS). The price of refined feathers also varies according to the percentage of down in the finished mix. Refined feathers are used as stuffing materials in household products for life such as blankets, pillows, coats, and feather pillows.
